Primarily using breathtaking racetrack footage, the acclaimed Senna documents Ayrton Senna’s exciting life as a Formula One triple world champion to his early death. Unfolding with the pacing of a live-action drama, the film explores Senna’s racing achievements, tests of endurance, personal clashes, and political convictions—and examines his legendary status in his home country of Brazil. Nominated for four Cinema Eye Honors awards, and winner for Outstanding Achievement in Editing.
