Featured in the film is Patti Smith's soulful, haunting song "Mercy Is," her first original song written for the screen. Darren Aronofsky and Patti Smith will discuss the film and their collaboration in a wide-ranging conversation following the screening, and Smith will perform "Mercy Is" live, accompanied by Lenny Kaye on guitar.
