The film instantly developed a cult following, yet is rarely revived on the big screen.

Ron Hansen, author of the novel The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford upon which the film is based, will introduce the screening along with Museum member Jamieson McGonigle, founder of the Jesse JamesRevival, a loose band of fans devoted to reviving Andrew Dominik's film on big screens around the country.
