WORKSHOP
Frankenfoam Workshop with Jamie Shannon

Part of Henson Screenings and Programs (January–March, 2012)
Thursday, February 23, 2012, 2:30 p.m.

A writer, director, and producer for film and television, Jamie Shannon specializes in bringing inert objects to life. In this two-and-a-half-hour workshop, participants will begin with an assortment of materials—sponges, yarn, chopsticks, marbles, pins, thread, glue, feathers, etc—and then use them to create puppets made of foam. After making several puppets, they will then manipulate their foam creations for the camera. Ages 8+

This event is sold out, but tickets are available for Friday's workshop.

Sponsored in part by Heather Henson’s Handmade Puppet Dreams.
