Poland. Dir. Jacek Bromski. 2011, 125 mins. With Maja Ostaszewska, Marek Bukowski. A seemingly ordinary person commits a murder while in a half-hypnotic trance. This already complex case becomes more tangled when two former lovers—a cynical detective and a persistent prosecutor—each chase the murderer, and a number of mysterious facts, concealed for years, strangely come to light.

Tickets for Friday evening screenings: $12 ($9 for senior citizens and students) and includes admission to the Museum's galleries, which are open until 8:00 p.m.
