Young Kevin finds an escape from his materialistic parents by way of a group of rogue time-bending dwarves, who invite him along on their pillage through history, contending with the Evil Genius, Force of Ultimate Darkness, and the impending threat of Armageddon along the way. Co-written with fellow Monty Python trouper Michael Palin, Gilliam created a time-travel adventure loaded with comic intelligence, mind-bending twists, and snappy lines delivered by a by a star-studded cast.
